Fantasy Science Fiction Erotica

I'm looking for a book I read in 1986, but it could've been published in the 60's or 70's, easily. It had humans, elves, fairies, satyrs and hybrids thereof. I can't remember the plot but the erotica was super hot. It was really graphic, somewhat S/M and heavy on the sci-fi fantasy, all at the same time. Books similar would be Injeea, and Anne Rice 's Sleeping Beauty Series with a healthy mix of maybe Piers Anthony and Lord of the Rings. Wish I had more to go on, but I'm hoping someone will be able to help. Thanks

I am searching for the book Injeea to buy for a friend (a long lost old favorite read) and having difficulty finding it. I saw you mentioned it above @dikinima. Can you tell me the author or any more info on the book so I can better locate it?
