I happened on a puzzle while following up on an odd search result.
The following book records are all attached to the work record for Elric: The Stealer of Souls by Michael Moorcock: The White Tiger; The Power of One; People Skills; Eat, Pray, Love; The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao; Breath.
Notice that reviews for two of the above appear on the Elric: Stealer of Souls page.
However, no edition of any of these books seems to appear on the editions page for that work.
Any thoughts?

Where did you get the links from? It is possible to make any book look as if it were in any work by putting the book number after the work number.

The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao

are all valid works of this, and should be combined. There may have been a copy combined in a work with Elric before (as it also shows up in search, but with a very different author) but it isn't there now.

They are all from the library of alenaroo. Perhaps I should have mentioned that above.
And note that alenaroo's reviews for Breath and Eat, Pray Love appear on the Elric page.

3> At least one was combined, but the third (first) spelled the last name wrong and seems to have no ISBN, so will need fancy Combiners! tricks to do.
4> Just to confirm that I checked the reviews page for the work, without the book id, and those two reviews do show there, though the titles don't appear in the editions list. Clicking on the title (Breathe) in alenaroo's library does, indeed, take you to http://www.librarything.com/work/8639896/book/60611602
Also, these books were all entered the same day (31 May), and show up on the Work Multiples page: http://www.librarything.com/profile/alenaroo/memes/workdups
Maybe there's something going on with it? Data source is 893, whatever that was determined to be (Amazon?)

Maybe that library should be reindexed. Very wierd.

Looking at the members page for the Moorcock book it certainly seems like a black hole work.
Poor mccastro, it's eaten half his library.
*edited to add*
The effect can be seen clearly on mccastro's work duplicates page. Check out #11.
