Thank you for the invitation! I will put this as "Mommy and Me" challenge with my child. We will be reading grade books together. 5 books in 5 categories, 25 books total.

What grade is your child in? I've got 1 daughter, but she's a bit young to be in school. She'll be 5 months a week from Tuesday.

Wow, 5mo! I always think that the first three years of child's life is the most precious time as a parent. Not that I don't enjoy it now, but I also have worries upon mine, and they grow bigger every year. Just enjoy it for now :-)
I will be doing "Mommy and Me" challenge with my 8 year old. And we kind of started last weekend. But guess what my child picked for the first book of the first category ... Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Do you consider this as a chapter book? For me, this is more cartoon than grade book. Oh well...
