Nameon the dwarf was a dreamer. He believed the old fairy tales about humans and odd creatures like cows and goats and unicorns. When he accidentally stumbles through a gate to the human world, though, all he can think about is getting back home! Now if he can only find the gate that will take him home again!

Officer Moon was a dreamer. He believed the old fairy tales about elves, fairies, leprechauns and dwarves. And so was more than ready to believe in Nameon when all the other adults intelligently dismissed the very idea :-)

A charming little tale with little in the way of magic (other than the world gates) and much to say about being a stranger in a strange land, the power of belief, and the wisdom of children and the occasional old man. Easily read in an evening. ( )
