the opening chapter "apropos of all muscles" is a brilliant explanation of the operations of the body's muscles and associated anatomy; but the rest of the book relies so heavily on the dubious methods of spray & stretch (with chemical vapocoolant) and injection (w local anesthetic procaine) that it all feels rather confused, unfocused, crowded
An indepth study of myofascial pain syndromes in the lower portions of the body and the state of the art technology used to address them.
