As noted in the title, this is a special edition entry and subsequently the last one of the series. World War II proved a popular enough subject to revisit (see entry #11) and simply put it's a fine coda to a wonderful group of books that changed my childhood for the better.
Of special note is the artwork in this volume: It's a mix of realistic designs and actual photos. I can't remember but I don't think any of the others books did this.
