This is a great book if you're looking for a quick project, an inspiration, a way to use up a skein of yarn that you just couldn't resist. Do you need a Christmas or birthday gift or want an easy hat, shawl or sock pattern? It's in here! I love this book and it's mates and I think it belongs in every knitter's library.
The best of the bunch when it comes to quick small projects; dividing it by yarn weight/size was exactly the right way to make it user-friendly. I go to it first when I need a project idea.
This book is filled with patterns for things that can be made with reasonably small amounts of yarn (although the size of the skeins varies from project to project). I've successfully made several of the items in this book. It's a great idea - smaller projects not only take less yarn, but they also take less time to complete, which is nice to balance out some of the BIG projects I'm working on at the moment. It's good to start, and finish, something in a short period of time.

My favorite knitting pattern book -- many small, excellent projects, well documenting the steps to make many beautiful things!
This is a great book full of patterns that you can make with just one ball of yarn. Especially helpful if you have a special ball of yarn that your not sure what to do with! Enjoy!
This is the kind of book that everyone can use sooner or later. Lots of nice gift ideas and fun things to do with that left over yarn. There is even a tea cozy.

Many mistakes in the patterns, Go to storey.com/correct_book for corrections.
