A nice introduction for people like me who didn't grow up with the story and don't know anything about it. Clear & concisely explanatory, with charming illustrations
A visually pretty version of the story with light, bright illustrations. Children young and old will probably enjoy this version since the illustrations aren't very dark and the text isn't extremely long.
A story adaption of the ballet "The Nutcracker" Marie and Fritz and their parents throw a Christmas Party where their Uncle brings a beautiful Nutcracker which he gives to Marie. That night Marie has a dream that she travels to another land and the Sugarplum Fairy and many others dance for her and the Nutcracker turns into a man.
