This book is really a summary of what Mr. Bridges teaches in his other books with a special emphasis on how the gospel motivates and enables spiritual transformation. This is great book to read if you're unfamiliar with Mr. Bridges work and will whet your appetite for more. However it is repetitive if you are familiar with his work.
Jerry Bridges makes a convincing argument for applying the Gospel to transforming our life in likeness with Christ. This book has challenged me to look at how I view the Gospel of Christ in application to my everyday walk.
