Nobody is pleased when Uncle Claud and Aunt Penelope and their two children come to stay for the Easter holidays. William, Tess, Jack, and Rosie hatch a plan to cut short their relatives' visit by utilizing spiders, maggots, and molds.

A few crazy days in the Bagthorpe household. A family reunion is planned with the saintly cousins. Then the family decide to become famous in various ways. Probably easier to understand if you've read some of the previous books in the series, as they're quite similar. Enjoyable as a light kiddie read.

This is book 3 in the bagthorpe saga. See ordinary jack.
In this installment of the bagthorpe story Grandma decides that she wants a family reunion and then invites Uncle Claud, Aunt Penelope, and their children Luke and Esther. Luke and Esther are both well mannered and Luck is trying to become the "young brain of Brittan" and some of Esther's poetry is going to be published. The bagthorpe children despise their Aunt who is a neat freak and is always quoting scripture. The children are determined to drive their relatives away as fast as possible. To do this they decide that using bugs to scare Aunt Penelope is the best tactic. After they have finally gotten Their relatives to leave they all (except show more jack) try to Break a record. Grandma and Daisy's idea is to make the worlds longest Daisy chain. show less
