Näihin jäi lapsena koukkuun, ensin raikkaaseen ensimmäiseen kirjaan, hieman vanhempana toiseen. Ja nyt keski-ikäisenäkin näitä lukee vielä ;)

Näissä orvoksi jäänyt Rose tulee 7 poikaserkusten ja moninaisten tätiensä seuraan, tohtori-setänsä Alecin hohoukseen. Monen kokemuksen kautta tytöstä aikuiseksi. Jatko-osassa on jo romantiikkaakin. Serkusten kuvaukset, Febeen ystävystyminen ja etenkin Rosen pukusovituskuvaukset saavat vieläkin hymyn huulille ;) ( )
