How well this story was written was made clear in a very visceral way for me... at one point my stomach churned so badly I thought I would need to throw up. Cade's reactions to being suddenly confronted by Warren were bang on. The drop of 1/2 Star was because I really, really wanted to see all the consequences for the slimy Warren!

[author: Kate Sherwood], she just fucking rocks. I didn't realize she had written a short story for the M/M Romance group last year, so what a pleasant surprise to stumble across it tonight. It is a delightful read about two college lovers taking a summer vacation together when an unexpected guest shows up with some secrets that could ruin their relationship. Loved it! Recommended for all M/M romance lovers!

Very good short novella/long short story.
The author did a great job to introduce her characters as individuals and interesting people without jamming the small space of the story.

Very good, but the ending felt abrupt to me. I would of loved to read what happens next.

I really hope this will be continued.
