If you've ever had the experience of recurring numbers or number combinations and have wondered if there were any significance attached to those numbers, you may find this little book helpful. Doreen Virtue, a doctor of psychology who focuses on the angelic realm, has compiled this glossary of numbers from 0 to 999, giving the meanings of individual numbers as well as groups of numbers. The meanings presented are very simple, down-to-earth, and practical, and within each description is a suggested action that one can take.

My own experience in using this book as a reference for understanding the significance of the occurrence of various numbers in my life, has been amazingly pragmatic and productive. My sometimes wispy, vague intuitions show more have been clarified and translated into words and information that my conscious thinking can process, and from that I can take appropriate action.

I found that reading Virtue's short Introduction was very useful, and I recommend that anyone using this book, read the Introduction before accessing the glossary. Virtue attributes her understanding of the vibrational significance of the numbers to her communications with the Angels. Whether one believes that angels are spiritual beings outside ourselves, or, are the name we apply to the intuitions within ourselves, communications with our cognitive brain is the end result. This is a wonderful divination tool, it is a book full of number combinations and angelic messages attached to those numbers. When I got the book I looked at the different messages and I asked my Guides and Angels to show me a way that I could use them to get a personalized message on topics just like if I was using my tarot cards or pendulum.

My Guides and Angels directed me to go to my local dollar store and get a colored set of 10 dice. I brought them home and then devised a system of getting number combinations and I was so amazed at the accuracy of the messages. With this book and those dice I have found a unique spiritual combination that can help me hear what my Angels and show more Guides have been trying to tell me all along. I am very grateful to Doreen and Lynette for taking the time to write this precious little angelic phone book so I can get the messages even when I can't hear them directly.

I bought this book (although I am usually allergic to anything by this author) because I have been seeing repetitive numbers for a while now, and numerology was not explaining it for me. This is nothing but a list of numbers with a happy, fluffy, feel-good explanation of what it means attached.
