Another cooking mystery
Very typical of its type, a baking Detective. Naturally she has a romance going with the local policeman. The addition of mystery-solving grannies is inventive. This is a great book to read when you don't want to have to concentrate too hard.

Cute story.
Well written great follow up to the last book. The twist was crazy. Candice's character was far fetch and slightly not believable.

Lexy Baker is expanding her Cupcakes to be part of catering and is hired to supply treats to a bridal shower but when she arrives with the delivery she discovers the bride-to-be dead. Feeling a sense of responsibility, she starts her own investigation which does please her police detective boyfriend who is in charge of the investigation.
It's a cute cozy mystery but a few errors marred the overall experience for me.
While Lexy Baker is delivering her food at a home she discovers the body of the bride-to-be. With the aid of her grand-mother and her friends she must find the killer before she can get paid.
Quick and easy read.
