I opened this thinking "not enough things have the subhead 'A Melodrama' these days, and wondering what that would mean in the context of a Levin play. I'm still not sure. But, damn, that was weird.
Yup. Sure was weird. So weird, I want a slew of people to read this so maybe someone can explain to me how I feel about it.
As an aside: I've had this on my list to read for quite a few years, but it just wasn't ever the one book I was dying to read, so I never put in the effort to hunt up a copy. Kind of weird when I saw it was set outside of Boston, a city I visited for the first time just over a week ago. Plate o' shrimpy.

Interesting, reminded me of a twilight zone episode. The ending had a 1973 feel to it of whats actually going on here?!
