This highly readable, well-organized book covers the essential alternative approaches for those dealing with relapsing-remitting MS. It focuses on the best accepted research studies and wellness management (as opposed to symptom management). For example, there is a lot on diet, with great explanations of why it works, but nothing on bee venom therapy (which only temporarily can address symptoms). It's so well written, you can get the essence of the whole thing in a less than an hour, and then drill into the parts as appropriate. ( ) no reviews | add a review
