At the ending of the book, I experienced a wonderful feeling of both fluffiness and pain. For two short seating, I had devoured the book like it was comics in the middle of writing my thesis. It was like water to a parched throat. And I am sad that it ended so soon, the paradise I had felt when I reading the book.

The author had weaved a spell on me, to leave off work and to keep on reading. And the former did not stand any chance. Books like that are rare from what I had seen so far. The characters' conflicts bothered me like it was my own problem. I was there in Asgard, the paradise. But I also felt Hauk's and Avril's struggle to get out of its mystical grasp, like a hand on my throat, taking away my next breath--must be why I read so fast. And when I turned the last page, I was still looking for more, thinking that there must be some mistake. But now that I think of it, the story was just right. The author just stopped at the right time. Not giving too little or too much. The story just happened to be so wonderful, I never had wanted it to end.

Overall, I loved it. I like it and I want to read more of it. ( )
