And so the children start to imagine what might have happened to her, like she saw Humpty Dumpty fall, helped Jack and Jill with the pail of water, went home with the three bears for porridge, met Henny Penny and went with her to the king, climbed Jack's beanstalk, is stuck at the bridge with the troll under it, or met the big bad wolf.... and then the door opens and there's Mum, with a whole lot of interesting characters behind her.
