This is a fairly simple book that talks about what kids with nut allergies CAN eat. While I know that such a book cannot be fully inclusive for all allergies, I do have a complaint about the statement that kids with nut allergies can consume sunflower butter. I don't know that this is true for all kids and adults with nut allergies. I, for one, am also allergic to sunflower seeds. I have to watch some nut-free products for sunflower seeds, unfortunately!
