i enjoy this excursion to the late 1870's in company with a small cavalry patrol trying to get some Comanches back onto their reservation. There's a love story, and a lot on race relations , as the officer and his Sergeant work out their respective roles in this small episode in "the Course of Empire". You feel it's too short rather than the reverse. ( )
