Hard to find (or pronounce) not in my price range ingredients along with a palate that doesn't quite match mine. I think it's a good idea, just wasn't turned into a convert.

Christina Pirello became a vegetarian at the age of fourteen. In 1983, after being diagnosed with terminal leukemia, she decided to forgo conventional medical therapies and turned to nutrition--and whole foods cooking--to cure herself. For the past eight years, Christina has been teaching whole foods cooking classes, catering, and lecturing show more nationwide. She and her husband also publish a bi-monthly natural foods magazine, MacroChef. Christina has been featured in the weekly food column in the Philadelphia Inquirer Magazine, on Cherie Banks' Health Watch, and on The Discovery Channel's Home Matters. show less
