Not your usual "diet" book. Much more about looking at your relationship to food and explaining what drives a person to eat more than you need to. I loved that there are no 'forbidden' foods. Worth owning this book if you have a constant yen for comfort food because the advice/work sheets keeps you on track and focused. ( )
