Description

Originally published in 2000, this book is in the tradition of non-market-clearing approaches to macrodynamic approaches. It builds a series of integrated disequilibrium growth models of increasing complexity, which display the economic interaction between households, firms and government across labour, goods, money, bonds and equities markets. Chiarella and Flaschel demonstrate how macrodynamics can be developed in a hierarchical way from economically simple structures to more advanced show more ones. In addition it investigates complex macrodynamic feedback mechanisms. show less

One of the problems with Tibetan Buddhism -- which this book, by appearances, represents -- is that it has been contained within the non-Buddhist cultural trappings of Tibet, which includes superstitions, and other elements of religion and the occult which are not part of and are irrelevant to Buddhism unadorned. That is the central problem with this book, and those in the same "series": one doesn't know whether the contents are true, or superstition, or effort to sell nonsense to the superstitious.

Entertaining, and in that not necessarily to be believed.
Love The Rampa Books, My first introduction into ideas and ideals of some Tibetan masters, and monks. The author is reputed to be a sham for being an Englishman, I personally adore the man, for taking me to Tibet...in many great stories!
The powers of the Lama are unsurpassed in the West: here are insights into the Akashic records, reincarnation as well as Rampa's journey to unexplored dimensions and realms where he encounters a variety of spiritual teaachers and has adventures with supernatural beings.

From the test. . .

"For months past the most trusted of lamas, actng as mental carriers, had painfully trudged the hundreds of miles from Lhasa carrying the ancient Secrets to where they would be forever safe from the traitorous Communists. Here too, with infinite toil and suffering, had been brought the Golden Figures of past Incarnations to be set up and venerated in the heart of a mountain Sacred objects, age-old writings, and the most venerable and learned of priests show more were here in safety. . ."

THE RAMPA STORY is considered by many to be T Lobsang Rampa's most important work next to the Third Eye and Cave of the Ancients. He has long been unavailable in the U.S.
