Titus and his older brother, Micah, are growing up on a ranch in Florida. Their father has always favored Micah both for his size and his ability to fight. At sixteen, Titus is ready for his first cattle drive. Everything goes well until a severe storm blows in, changing things forever. An enjoyable read, but not my favorite Peck title. ( )
