Staggers, and perhaps initimidates, the reader in its complexity and comprehensiveness. The definitive work on the subject in English.
Could do with a lot more pics, but some great recipes....and easy to make too. I have spent hours reading this book!

This is the only cookbook I've ever bought that's plain scared me....find out why here:

An amazon goodreads is no place for Thai food. It has too much taste.
