This book is all about how much aunts and uncles play an important role in children's lives. My family is a very big loud italian family and all my aunts and uncles are like second parents to me. In this book, the two stories are combined into one book, however, they are flipped flopped from one another, if that makes sense. For example, one side of the book is about aunts and the other side is about uncles which I think could get a little confusing for kids. But over all I enjoyed the book.

I like this book because it it double sided. I think children would find interest in it. Also, most children have an aunt or an uncle so they could relate to it. The book talks about what aunts and uncles can do best like making goody bags, letting you stay up late, and making puppets. Children would probably have many personal stories to share. Laura Numeroff, the author, has a website, http://www.lauranumeroff.com/. This website is great because of the features for parents, teachers, and kids!
This is a book that shows how much aunts and uncles are both there for you whenever you need them and love you unconditionally.
This is a cute book to read to children when discussing family. Teachers could even incorporate making a family tree using the book. The pictures are really cute too!
This book is about what Aunts and Uncles can take their nieces and nephews to do. This book is good to help children understand Aunts and Uncles and their role in their lives. I think that young readers will like this book because there are great big pictures and not a lot of words that will help them predict what the words are on the page,. This book would be good to read in a series about families.
