Defining the Italian of Giordano Bruno in the English of Shakespeare, and compiled by a man who knew both, A Worlde of Wordes is the aptest of titles for this uniquely evocative Elizabethan document, here presented in facsimile. The book has no English-Italian section, hence limiting its usefulness as a work of reference, and is not cheap, but nevertheless may be strongly recommended to the studious and the idly curious alike.
