The plot starts simple and starts picking up intensity and meaning until we reach pincer points that make us shudder, feel, and question. Everything is perfect here: the dialogue, the characters, the setting. They are all wholly imbued with meaning. When we reach the climax, we are surprised and, with the denouement, we are shocked. Sartre plays a perfect hand here. This play could not have possibly been better. ( ) no reviews | add a review
