The art in the early Batgirl stuff was very touch and go to me, which made me wince a while reading through it, but I definitely appreciated the beginning of Cass' story, and Bab's involvement in that with Cass and with/against Bruce. ( ) Issues 15-15, 21, and 26-28 of the new "Batgirl" comic book compiled. This is a more disjointed collection, skipping over such events as Batgirl's promised confrontation with Shiva. But the stories hold up nevertheless, and there is a welcome element of humor beginning to show, especially in Batgirl's interactions with Spoiler.
