Brody's Good Food Book is one of my favorite cookbooks for how it introduces different grains, legumes, nuts and seeds, vegetables and fruits, complete with illustrations. And there are many, many delicious recipes that are favorites within that book--so many I made so often using the cookbook my copy is falling apart. So when I found this follow-up book in stores, I grabbed it. I haven't used this book as much as the original, but I have used it enough to have some favorites--such as Baba Ghanoush, Three-P Soup (Peanut, Pumpkin, Potato), Moroccan Chicken with Couscous, Oven "fried" Salmon Cakes, Pumpkin-Wheat Bread and more.
