This is a book about Badger who seems to be in a funk. Usually, he's very sociable and makes plans with all his woodland friends, but lately he doesn't want to see anyone. Badger's friend, Mole, gets and idea to throw an awards ceremony where everyone attends (including Badger). After most of the awards were handed out, Mole starts to give many awards out to Badger! One for being most needed and depended, always being there for others, and most loved no matter what his mood. Of course, Badger can't help but be happy after this and starts to dance the night away with his friends!
