I have mixed feelings on this book. On the one hand, there is an intriguing mystery and the feeling of suspense and dread and creepiness is very well done. On the other hand, the writing is mediocre and there are really no likable characters. If you want to read an eerie story, and don't mind reading about jerks, I would recommend it. ( )
