Hilda Elsie Marguerite Patten CBE, née Brown (November 4, 1915 - June 4, 2015), was an English home economist, food writer and broadcaster. She was awarded an OBE in 1991 for services to the Art of Cookery and a CBE in the Queen's 2010 Birthday Honours.
