While We Can't Hug

Although it doesn't mention coronavirus or COVID-19 directly, While We Can't Hug speaks to the moment, as friends Hedgehog and Tortoise find many other ways to show each other their love and caring. Great ideas for little ones (and their grown-ups, too).

Turtle and Hedgehog can't touch, but Owl invites them to think of other ways to show that they're loved. There's no mention of why they can't touch, so I imagine this title will still be useful even after the pandemic is resolved. Simple, but helpful.

This book was precious! I love how it showed that you could show affection for someone without physical touch. The illustrations were cute and colorful.
