This is an amazing volume that has the ORIGINAL scripts of Of Thee I Sing, Porgy and Bess, One Touch of Venus, Brigadoon, Kiss Me, Kate, West Side Story, Fiddler on the Roof, Gypsy, 1776, and Company! It also has critical notes on each play. A treasure for musical theatre artists and lovers.
Check this out when you need an audition song or monologue from a classic musical (something that is great to have in your back pocket no matter what). If you are looking for a piece, maybe shy away from Gypse and Fiddler. Otherwise this is a fun read, not like seeing the musicals, but you'll still have a blast.
