HAHAHAHA love this! Dave Thomas wrote this in 1996 because, as an original cast member, he didn't want a tell-all written by someone else. Also, he's a self-proclaimed hoarder. He's got hilarious observations on this amazing show and its writers and performers. Some of the best chapters: cast members describe each other's comedy, a tribute to John Candy, and a comparison of SCTV vs SNL. It's also got a bunch of trivia quizzes for superfans. I really did laugh out loud to see Edith Prickley, Guy Caballero, Bob and Doug McKenzie, Sammy Maudlin, Bobby Bittman, Monster Horror Chiller Theatre, Ed Grimley, and Lola Heatherton again.
Very interesting (and non-humorous) account of the history of the most fabulous show ever in the history of the world, SCTV.
