Genre: Biography
Age: Primary (2-4 grade)
Review: This book follows a specific day in Lincolns life. This day is when he walked into the town and gave a speech of a vision of the future. But as he started on his walk to the speech he saw a pig stuck in a mud hole. He did not want to get dirty in his first new suit but he helped the distressed pig-out. Although muddy he gave a great speech in the end!
This is a biography because we follow the true life events of one particular person, Abe Lincoln. Because it was written by another person it is not considered and autobiography. This book only covers one specific day in his life as well.
Use:

2) Discuss why it doesn't matter who or what you are to help other creatures of the World
