The Apostolic Fathers: Greek Texts and English Translations

The best way to read early Christian writings is alongside the Greek text. This edition is great and Holmes' introductory material was a huge plus to this purchase.

This is the third edition. The English translation is substantially revised from the second edition. The Greek text has only minor revisions and corrections. The book itself is well bound, lays open when flat, and generally a pleasure to use.
