Groundbreaking book on how we are fooled by sugar and how it's foisted upon us by corporate America. ( )

I was shocked by how much was known about the effects of refined sugar on the human body, before the collective amnesia brought on by the industrial food system and its lobbyists in the 20th century. This is a must-read book for anyone looking to improve their health. There is no "everything in moderation" when it comes to sugar! ( )

A diatribe on eating sugar. How it affects one's health (negatively) and brings on various diseases. The reason for the 4 star rating is the covering of the history of sugar in this book. A very interesting and highly researched endeavor by the author. I thing this would be a must read. ( )
