What a wonderful book! The stories are a great combination of fun dinosaur tales, good life lessons and affirmations, and easily digestible meditation techniques for all ages. The stories are a little too short to be bedtime prompts for my children but they are perfect for decompressing after school or a sports practice/game. ( )

This is a great book to help get little ones to relax and wind down for bedtime. I wish the stories were a little longer. My children would listen to more than one per night, but they are still very relaxing and guide kids through different calming techniques. A really great book if you are looking for bedtime stories that assist in getting your children to sleep. ( )

I really loved these stories. They are a perfect length for a nightly ritual with your little one. The imagery is really good and written in a way that helps the age range be broader. ( )
