Een leuk boek, nou ja, interessant boek om te lezen. Het verhaal van deze twee jongens vlak na de Tweede Wereldoorlog is zeker niet leuk om te lezen, maar wel aangrijpend.

Voor mij was het niet zo heel erg spannend, ik heb wel mooiere boeken gelezen over de oorlog en de tijd er vlak na. Maar, dan moet ik eerlijk bij zeggen, dat ik toen ook veel jonger was. En dus anders tegen de zaken aankeek.

Desalniettemin een aanrader, vooral voor kinderen / jongeren tussen de 10 en 15 jaar ongeveer. ( )
