This is a really nice book. Enjoyed the graphics and all the facts. Read it with my son and he really enjoyed it as well. ( )

An interesting and fact filled book that covers survival tips at the coldest and hottest places from the Arctic Circle to Arabian desert as well as the Himalayas, the Australian Outback and more. It also displays the people and animals you may encounter and practical tips. Ideas about the future (underground farms, insects as food, Mars) are a welcome addition. Large interesting illustrations and easy to read language complement this great research book. Highly recommend! (I received this free through Early Reviewers.) ( )
