Omg the green yuri strikes again! Book number 3 was beautifully done, of course. Sumiko Arai just seamlessly understands what the lesbians want to see in every piece of art she puts out and I am extremely grateful for it every time. I loved seeing Mitsuki and Aya's relationship shift and change as they grow into themselves and become more sure of what they want in the world. This book specifically had them serving butch/femme realness and it was EVERYTHING. I really enjoyed seeing how quickly and easily Aya stepped up to protect and support Mitsuki every time she needed it. It was super funny to see her go from the proverbial "mean lesbian" to "doting partner" in the span of two seconds lol. I also liked how Mitsuki pays attention to show more Aya's needs and tries to uplift her when she can. The part where Aya lashes out at Mitsuki was so sad but unfortunately way too real ugh it hit me right in the heart. The book ending on a cliffhanger was super rude omg (luckily I read ahead online so I know what happens but STILL). Regardless I loved every second I spent reading the manga and I cant wait to see them again in the next one!! show less
I NEED THE NEXT ONE!!!! AUGHGHGHGHHH!!!!!!
Such an amazing portrayal of relationships, complex characters, human motivations, identity.... and of course, green lesbians. What more do you need???
Also, it ends on a total cliffhanger, and I just want to see them patch up their relationship and be happy together!
also also hime-chan can go die. frigging third wheel smh my head
Read it!! But read the first two first, obviously. This might be the best in the whole series??
