The second in a new series of novels set in a near-future world where a mysterious plague has killed off most of the population, from the same stable (roughly) as 2000 AD. If you like that sort of thing, you will like this, with plague, zombies, horrible secrets, love, loyalty, betrayal, a bit of hot girl-on-girl action, and basically a well-depicted world with (I suspect) more depth to it than you often get in this sector of the genre.
