Indian Delights

The version I have of the book contains folk remedies (though the reader is advised to not take them seriously) and many little anecdotes related to Indian and South African culture. My mother learned to cook thanks to the straightforward, plain language of this cookbook, and so I own a copy as well. It's very thorough and extremely informative.
