This is one of those books that seemed really short. I guess not a lot happened. The set up was quite different in that the heroine had a medical condition which kept her from enjoying sex. The hero was quite nice about the whole thing and had absolutely zero asshat moments. This was the rich tycoon that we'd all like to meet in real life. The man was caring and sweet and loving, just macho enough and rich.

The story was nicely done and all character motivations made sense. So all in all not very HPish eh? Still I consider it worth the read.
This wonderful love story so touched my heart. The storyline portrays the complete trust both characters learned to have in each other......it's just an incredible journey for Lia and Damian. Blackmailed Into Marriage is five stars and so much more!

The story begins with Lia seeking assistance from her Spanish aristocratic family. She asks her grandfather for financial assistance in order to save her little girl from a heart defect. Her grandfather demands and blackmails her into marrying Damian to gain financial aid. Damian who is an incredibly proud man stands to gain acceptance into Spanish aristocracy though this marriage, plus heirs and respectability.

However, on the first night of the honeymoon, Lia shares a secret which she fears show more will cause Damian not to honor his promise to help her daughter. It’s of such magnitude that she’s afraid her new husband will leave. From that night, this couple begin such a sensual and incredible journey into love and trust it will steal your breath away.

Trust me, you'll just have to get the book. You won't be able to put it down.
