Book description
To Davie Cameron there was no other dog in all the Scottish Highlands than his own Bonnie. Together they roamed the hills and shared the loneliness of the dread Grannoch Moor. But all of that was to end when Colonel Blaikie brought the fierce German Shepherd, Juno, to his lonely house on the moor. Juno killed the little collie. Davie, heartbroken and angry, bitterly rejected Colonel Blaikie's gift of a new dog - Laddie, the son of Juno herself.
