For those that like deviant sex, grotesque violence and a glimpse into London's seedy underground culture of drugs and prostitution. Requires a strong stomach but is necessary reading for all who like their ficton with guts (sometimes spilling out on the pavement) and who seek to understand how to write this kind of thing themselves. Also required reading for anyone who gets their notion of London from Dickens. ( )
