The story resembles a parallel tale of the Winter Olympics (e.g. opening ceremony, different winter sports). Humour is plentiful throughout. Kids will have a enjoy Tacky's wacky personality and the comical props in this story.
What is not to love about Tacky? In this book Tacky goes to the Winter Games to compete with his friends. He does things in his odd ball ways but ends up saving the day in the end. Another book that teaches that it is okay to do things differently sometimes.
