Description
Virginia Middlebrook and A.C. Ryerson had both been burned in painful marriages. Neither had any desire to relive the past--they'd take things slow. When her sister's boyfriend shows up, dripping, on her doorstep, Virginia Middlebrook can only think that solid, serious businessman A.C. Ryerson is a poor match for her sister - but a very appealing man. Ryerson has already come to the same conclusions regarding Virginia's sister (it's mutual, thankfully). But it doesn't take long before Virginia and Ryerson discover a connection that could easily be something more - that is, if the two of them can get past the wreckage of past relationships.
